Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Pwdr
  • 1 c. Minced Pecans
  • 1 c. Minced Dates
  • 2 c. Whole Cranberries
  • 2 x Oranges, rind only, grated
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. Veg. oil Whipped Cream For Garnish
  • 3/4 c. Orange Juice
  • 3/4 c. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Sift flour and measure; sift with sugar, salt, soda, and baking pwdr.
  2. Stir in nuts, dates, cranberries, and orange rind. Combine beaten Large eggs with buttermilk and oil; add in to fruit mix. Bake in a well-greased tube pan for 1 hour at 325
  3. FOR THE GLAZE:Heat juice and sugar till sugar is dissolved; don't boil. Pour over warm cake and let stand 30 min. Remove from pan, col, and serve. Serve with whipped cream.
  4. Serves 12
