Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce (16 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
  • 1/3 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 5 tsp Hot water
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in Large eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt; add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat sour cream. Add in extract. Spoon a third of the batter into a 9-inch baking pan. Top with a third of the cranberry sauce. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 for 55-60 min.
  2. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over cake. - optional.
