Ingredientes

  • 1 (6 ounce) pkg. cherry gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 2 lg. apples, peeled & grated
  • 1 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly pecan pcs
  • 2 c. cooked or possibly 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
  • Cream Cheese Topping
  • Additional pecans
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (1 pound 4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 2 c. frzn whipped topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Cool slightly. Add in apples, pecans and cranberry sauce. Pour into 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish; chill till hard.TOPPING: Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth. Fold in pineapple. Stir vanilla into whipped topping. Gradually add in to cream cheese mix. Spoon topping over gelatin, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with additional minced pecans. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves 12.
