Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt mixed salad greens - (10 ounce)
  • 1 c. sweetened dry cranberries
  • 1 pkt Athenos Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese (4 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. coarsely-minced toasted walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Layer salad greens, cranberries, feta cheese and walnuts in shallow salad bowl or possibly on large serving platter. Pour Balsamic Vinaigrette over salad. Toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
  2. Balsamic Vinaigrette: Whisk vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper in small bowl. Gradually add in oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly till well blended.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  4. How to Toast Nuts: Spread walnuts in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 min or possibly till lightly toasted.
