Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 12 ounce Cranberries, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1/2 c. Maple syrup
  • 6 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. Combine the water & cranberries in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat & simmer for 5 min or possibly till the berries pop. Process the cranberry mix till smooth.
  2. Combine cranberry mix with maple syrup, sugar & cinnamon & bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 25 min or possibly till mix is thick.
  3. Stir frequently. Stir in vanilla. Cold & store in the refrigerator up to 2 months.
  4. Yield: 1 3/4 c.
