Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Oleo or possibly butter
  • 1 c. Pecans, finely minced
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Orange rind, grated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Cranberries, minced
  • 1/2 c. Coconut

Direcciones

  1. Combine 1 c. flour and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Cut in oleo till mix is crumbly. Press into a 13x9x2-inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min.
  2. Combine 1-1/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour. Stir in Large eggs, lowfat milk, peel and vanilla. Mix in cranberries, coconut and remaining pecans. Spread over crumb crust and bake for 25 min. Cold. Cut into bars while still hot.
  3. Makes36 bars.
