You’ve see one and you’ve seen em all.
I know. And I get it. I probably have several different versions of cranberry sauce on my blog already.
Just between you and me, cranberry sauce is not even one of my favorite things. I like it. I do. Really. But Thanksgiving feasts are so filling that I usually just pass it up for more of the “other” stuff.
But. Yes, there is a “but”. I have to tell you this sugar-free version is one of my favorites so far.
It seems that lately tradition has been transforming. I was overjoyed to hear from the boys how much they love Thanksgiving. They said they love that I cook such a traditional meal. They look forward to it every year. That melts my heart. Especially since this comes from boys who hated turkey when I met them over 10 years ago. They are 20 now.
Seeing their transformation over the years into the fantastic men they are today literally brings tears to my eyes.
I have added a few more healthful choices. Our feast has cauliflower mashed and regular mashed. We have sugar-free/low carb desserts and decadent desserts too. Lots of laughter, chitter chatter and tons of memories.
Come back in a couple of days as I share with you another fantastic use for any leftover cranberry sauce you may have.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
