Cranberry Sauce With Crystallized Ginger

Ingredientes

  • 2 x 12 oz bag cranberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1/2 c. chopped crystallized ginger (about 2 ounces)

Direcciones

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring till sugar dissolves. Boil till cranberries pop, stirring occasionally, about 5 min. Cold. Fold in crystallized ginger. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and chill.)
  2. Serves 12.
