Crawfish Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredientes

  • 10 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 2 sm Green bell peppers, minced
  • 1 x Recipe basic Cornbread, crumbled
  • 1 x 16 ounce. package frzn peeled cooked crawfish tails, thawed
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Grnd white pepper
  • 1 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in onion and bell pepper, and saute/fry 4 to 5 min or possibly till tender.
  2. Stir together vegetables, cornbread, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl till moistened. Spoon into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or possibly till hard and golden.
  4. Yield: 12servings.
  5. Prep: 30 minutes. Bake: 1 hr.
