Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Minced onions
  • 1 c. Minced green onions sm Amount of garlic
  • 1 stk butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 lb Peeled crawfish tails Salt and pepper, (red and black)

Direcciones

  1. These next 2 were given to my mother by Mrs. Alzina Pierce, who, with her husband, owned the Bon Ton in the 60's
  2. Saute/fry onions and garlic in butter till really limp.
  3. Add in crawfish and seasoning and cover and cook till done (about 15 min)
  4. sprinkle with minced parsley Allow to sit a little while before serving over rice.
