Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Boiled potatoes, (fingerling)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Wasabi
  • 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard oil
  • 1/2 c. Crayfish tails

Direcciones

  1. Mash the potatoes with a fork. Add in the salt, wasabi, rice wine vinegar, mustard, and mustard oil.
  2. Let cold down and set aside.
  3. Roll out the potatoes 1/2-inch by inches wide cut into 1-inch pcs put 1 tail of crayfish on top of each potato piece.
  4. Serve hot.
