Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 - 1 1/2 c. sweetened fresh fruit: peaches, strawberries or possibly apples, etc.

Direcciones

  1. If all-purpose flour is used, add in 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking pwdr.Or possibly 1 (No. 2) can fruit peaches, cherry or possibly berries, etc., use the juice.
  2. Heat butter in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Mix lowfat milk, sugar and flour (self-rising), if all purpose flour is used add in salt and baking pwdr to flour before mixing. Pour over butter then pour fruit on top. Bake at 350 degrees till crust is brown, about 50 to 60 min. Serve warm with cream or possibly cold with ice cream or possibly all by itself.
