Cream Cheese & Black Olive Lasagna

Creamy and delicious 3~ layer Lasagna.

Ingredientes

  • 9 - Lasagna Noodles (do not have to boil first) Made by Mueller/Pasta
  • 16 ounces softened Cream Cheese
  • handful of basil chopped finely
  • 5 ounce can sliced Black Olives
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes (Diced small)
  • 1/4 Cup Real Bacon Bits (From a jar or packet)
  • 10 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 6 ounces Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
  2. In a 9x12x3 baking dish add 3 lasagna noodles and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add cream cheese and chopped basil, stir well to mix
  4. In a saute pan add tomato sauce, diced roma tomatoes, salt and black pepper and cook 5 minutes. Shut off heat source.
  5. Add several spoon of cream cheese filling to the bottom layer of lasagna, add several spoons of tomato sauce/diced tomatoes, add a handful of black olives,
  6. Repeat with two more Layers
  7. Add Mozzarella Cheese and sprinkle Real Bacon Bits
  8. Place in the Oven and Bake 35 minutes
  9. Enjoy!
