Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 large eggs (room temp.)
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (12 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Cream butter and cheese in large mixing bowl with electric mixer. Beat in sugar gradually till light and fluffy. Add in large eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.Stir flour with baking pwdr and salt. Stir with vanilla and chocolate pcs into butter mix.
  2. Bake in greased 8 inch tube pan in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till top springs back when lightly touched with finger. Turn out onto rack and cool completely. Glaze if you wish or possibly sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
