Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake uses Rhodes frozen bread dough that's drenched in cinnamon, butter, sugar & sweetened cream cheese! Quick, easy and delicious recipes are a must, and with this weekend being the Super Bowl, it's especially necessary.  This Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake recipe is very simple, it only requires a few ingredients, and one of them is Rhodes frozen bread dough.  I'm a big fan of frozen bread dough, and I always have it in my freezer.  For this Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Bake I thawed out one loaf of dough in the morning which made one scrumptious dessert at night!       Ingredients are as follows:  1 loaf of Rhodes frozen bread dough, thawed 1/2 C butter, melted 1/2 C sugar 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp. cream or milk 1/2 C powdered sugar  Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease an 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Pinch off little pieces of dough and toss them into the baking dish. Mix the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon together. Pour this over the bread dough and stir to combine. Mix the cream cheese, cream and powdered sugar together. Spoon this on top of the dough. Bake in preheated oven for 25-28 minutes; until golden brown. Serve this warm and enjoy!
