Ingredientes

  • 2 ounce Unsalted butter
  • 3 lb Cream cheese
  • 10 ounce Sugar
  • 1/2 x Lemon zest
  • 1/2 x Orange zest
  • 2 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Real vanilla
  • 1 1/2 ounce Corn starch

Direcciones

  1. Beat butter till smooth.
  2. add in cream cheese and beat till smooth
  3. add in sugar, zest, and cornstarch, beat till smooth.
  4. Gradually add in Large eggs & vanilla just sufficient to mix, scrape bowl often while blending.
  5. chill & use to fill many baking goodies
