- In a large bowl beat cream cheese and butter untill smooth. Add in powdered sugar and beat till light and fluffly.
- Stir in vanilla and salt. Generously spread frosting betwen cooled cake layers and on sides and top of cake. Garnish with remaining 1 c. of pecans.
- Makes about 8 servings.
