Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese - (8 ounce) softened
  • 1/4 c. Parkay Margarine melted
  • 4 x Large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 c. fine noodles - (8 ounce) cooked, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Combine cream cheese and margarine, mixing till well blended. Blend in Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and salt. Add in noodles and raisins. Mix well.
  2. Pour mix into 12- by 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees 30 min or possibly till set.
  3. This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
