Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt ( 8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. soft butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 lb powered sugar Few drops food coloring: red, yellow, green or possibly as desired
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint, wintergreen or possibly lemon extract

Direcciones

  1. Combine cream cheese and butter in heavy bottomed saucepan. Stir over low heat till cheese in melted and the mix is thoroughly blended. Add in the powered sugar and stir till well combined. Add in your choice of food coloring and flavoring. If you like, you may divide the whole batch to make 2 or possibly 3 color choices, adding extract to taste. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on waxed paper.
  2. Press with fork or possibly stamp with decorative cookie stamp to create design on top. Let stand about 4 hours, or possibly overnight till mints are hard and outside is dry, but inside is still moist and creamy.
