Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 10 ounce Tube refrigerator biscuits
  • 3 ounce Pkg. cream cheese, cut in 10 cubes

Direcciones

  1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar nad cinnamon. In another bowl, combine the butter and vanilla. Separate dough into 10 biscuits; press each into a 3 inch circle. Dip cream cheese cubes in butte and then in cinnamon-sugar.
  2. Place one in the center of each biscuit. Fold dough over cube; seal and shape into balls. Dip balls in butter and then in cinnamon-sugar. Place seam side down in greased muffin c.. Bake at 375 F. for 14-18 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
  3. Yield: 10 muffins.
