Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. CREAM BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE and vanilla together in a mixer or possibly processor.
  2. Reduce speed to low and add in the flour. Mix till just incorporated. Remove the dough from the mixer, form into 3 balls and wrap in plastic wrap.
  3. Refrigeratefor one hour before using. Uncooked dough can be frzn for up to 2 months. Freeze uncooked balls of dough or possibly freeze dough in pie tins.
  4. Makes3 (10-inch) pies.
