Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry thyme leaves Dash of grnd nutmeg
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Whipping cream
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese, cut into 12 to 16 pcs

Direcciones

  1. Recipe will make 12 to 16 popovers depending on the size you desire.
  2. PREPARATION:1. Preheat over to 400 F.
  3. Blend together the Large eggs, flour, salt and pepper, thyme and nutmeg in a blender container.
  4. Blend till well combined, about 15 seconds. Add in lowfat milk and cream.
  5. Scrape down the sides of the container.
  6. Place a muffin pan in the over to hot slightly. Remove.
  7. Fill each muffin tin half full with batter.
  8. Place a piece of the cream cheese in the center of each c..
  9. Pour the remaining batter to fill each c. about two-thirds full.
  10. Bake the popovers at 400 F till puffed and golden brown, about 40 min.
  11. Serve immediately.
