Ingredientes

  • 8 med potatoes peeled, quartered
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 lb butter garlic salt cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Cook potatoes without salt till tender. Mash potatoes, add in cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and butter and flavor with garlic salt. Put into buttered casserole dish. Grate a little cheese on top. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. This may be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated overnight.
