Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 c. Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. Cake flour, sifted
  • 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr Powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. With electric mixer on medium speed blend together cream cheese, butter and granulated sugar.
  3. On low speed blend in Large eggs.
  4. Combine cake flour and baking pwdr; add in to cheese mix and blend till smooth.
  5. Pour into buttered and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake 1 hour and 20 min till golden.
  7. When cold sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
