Cream Cheese Puff Pastries

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm puff pastry dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 T water
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Direcciones

  1. Take 1 sheet of pastry dough from box and let thaw. Roll thin on lightly floured surface. Cut in 4 inch squares. Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and extract. Put 1 tbsp cheese mix on center of each square. Fold opposite corners of 2 sides to the middle and secure with pat of water. Mix egg white and water. Brush on pastry. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Mix powdered sugar and cream till drizzle consistency. Drizzle on pastries.
