Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Flour
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Water (or possibly less)
  • 2 tsp Light cream
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese (room temp.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayonaise
  • 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 12 ounce Shrimp Or possibly crab Or possibly chicken
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt

Direcciones

  1. Pastry Puffs: Put all pastry ingredients in blender container. Process till smooth. Pour into lightly oiled mini-muffin tins, fill to 2/3 full.
  2. Bake at 475 degrees for 10 min, till high and light brown. Remove from oven - pastries will fall. Allow to cold completely.
  3. FILLING: Combine filling ingredients. Fill the indentation in top of the pastry with a tsp. of the filling. Top with olive slice, or possibly carrot curl. Chill.
