Ingredientes

1/2 c. butter
3 ounce cream cheese
2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 x egg
1/2 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp vanilla, lemon or possibly almond extract Powdered sugar

Direcciones

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and cream cheese; beat with electric mixer for 1 minute. Mix well, till even in color.
Add in 1 c. flour, sugar, egg and baking pwdr; then, add in extract flavor. Mix well. Add in remaining flour.
Refrigerateat least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
Roll dough out on powdered sugar (not flour) surface. Cut to desired shape.
Bake 8-10 min, or possibly till brown.
