Ingredientes

  • 4 x Potatoes
  • 2 x Heads leaf lettuce
  • 1 1/2 quart Water
  • 1 x Chicken bouillon cube Salt and pepper
  • 2 x Egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. Heavy cream

Direcciones

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, and cut into 1/2-inch pcs; set aside.
  2. Wash the lettuce leaves and chop them. Place the minced lettuce, potatoes, water, bouillon cube, and healthy pinch of both salt and pepper into a large pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer till potatoes are well cooked.
  4. Puree the mix through a food mill. Return to the pot. Mix the egg yolks and cream together in a small bowl. Whisk in about 1 c. of the warm soup.
  5. Gently whisk the egg mix into the soup. Correct for seasoning.
