Ingredientes

  • Pam broth, vinegar or possibly wine for sauteing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 8 ounce mushrooms wiped clean and finely minced
  • 1 c. cooked quinoa
  • 3 c. nonfat chicken broth or possibly any flavor broth
  • 1/2 c. evaporated skim lowfat milk Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1/4 c. fresh dill minced

Direcciones

  1. Heat the Pam or possibly liquid of choice in a medium saucepan. Cook the shallots till tender. Add in the mushrooms, cover and cook for 5 min or possibly till tender. (If the mushrooms begin to stick to the bottom of the pan, then add in some broth. ) Add in the quinoa and broth and bring the liquid to a simmer. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in non-fat evaporated lowfat milk (or possibly lowfat milk substitute). Bring back up to a simmer, remove from heat and stir in the dill.
