Ingredientes

  • 1 x Carrot, diced
  • 2 x Onions, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 c. Turkey broth
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, heated
  • 1/2 c. Turkey meat, diced Salt and pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry diced vegetables in butter in a large saucepan.
  2. Add in flour and cook 8 to 10 min, being caretul not to brown.
  3. Add in broth gradually, stirring till slightly thickened and smooth.
  4. Add in bay leaf, simmer 30 min, then remove bay leaf.
  5. Add in heated lowfat milk and diced turkey meat. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve.
