Receta Cream Of Vidalia Onion Soup

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. Margarine
- 4 Tbsp. Flour
- 4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Chicken stock
- 1 c. Minced onions
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Finely cut green onions
- 4 Tbsp. Cream
Direcciones
- Heat 2 tb of margarine in top of double boiler. Add in flour and mix well. Add in lowfat milk and chicken stock. Beat with wire whip to blend together and keep smooth. Saute/fry onions in 4 tb of margarine, 3 min. Add in to soup mix and cook 15 min. Add in salt, pepper, green onions and cream. Stir to blend and serve.
