Ingredientes

  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In medium saucepan, heat water and butter to boil. Stir in flour and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring vigorously till mix leaves sides of the pan in smooth compact ball. (Approximately 1 1/2 min.) Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating vigorously after each till mix is smooth and glossy. Spoon tsp. of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 13-17 min. Cold and split. Use fillings.
