Ingredientes

  • Healthy pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 ounce. square chocolate, shaved

Direcciones

  1. To 1 c. boiling water, add in 1/2 c. butter or possibly shortening. Heat on high till butter melts. Add in 1 c. flour, lower heat. Stir. Remove from heat. Stir vigorously till ball forms in center of pan. Cold slightly. Add in 1 at a time, 4 Large eggs, beating after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 to 60 min.
