Receta Cream Puffs

- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter and water.
- Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
- Stir in flour; reduce heat.
- Stir vigorously over low heat about one minute or until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs all at once.
- Continue beating until smooth.
- Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls about 3 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake about 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
- Make filling while cream puffs are baking.
- With a mixer, whip heavy cream until consistency of whipped cream.
- Add vanilla and sugar to taste.
- Remove cream puffs from oven; cool on a wire rack.
- Cut off top 1/3 of each puff and remove any soft dough from inside.
- Fill with filling; Replace tops.
- Lightly dust tops with powdered sugar
