Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 5 Large eggs

Direcciones

  1. Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a heavy saucepan. Remove from heat and add in 1 c. flour. Stir with a wooden spoon for several min and return to low heat. Stir constantly till the dough leaves sides of the pan and rolls into a ball, remove from heat.
  2. Add in 5 Large eggs, putting one egg in at a time. Drop 12 spoonfuls or possibly trail long spoonful for eclairs. Bake at 45 min. Cold and fill.
