Cream Puffs Filled With Shrimp

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 4 sm. or possibly 3 lg. Large eggs
  • 1 c. flour

Direcciones

  1. Bring water and fat to a boil, add in flour and salt. Stir mix till it leaves sides of the pan. Remove from heat and cold to lukewarm. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating WELL after each addition. Drop by half-teaspoonful on oiled cookie sheet. Bake 5 - 10 min in 400 degree oven.
  2. Cut off oven and leave shells in to dry about 30 min with oven door cracked. When cold, cut bottom of puff and fill with small spoonful of shrimp mix. Reheat before serving. These may be frzn before or possibly after filling.
