Receta Cream Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes

3/4 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

1 c. pumpkin 2 egg yolks 1/4 teaspoon each nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and salt

Direcciones

1. Pour into graham cracker crust or possibly regular baked shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. May use meringue if you like. Sprinkle with cinnamon. I used brown sugar meringue.
