Creamed Chipped Beef Over Potatoes

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. dry beef
  • 2 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
  • Baking potatoes
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. warm chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tbsp. sherry

Direcciones

  1. Put beef in boiling water. Let stand for 5 min. Drain and chop.
  2. Saute/fry onions in butter about 5 min. Stir in flour, cook stirring till thick. Reduce heat. Stir in beef, cream, mustard, ginger. Cook till smooth over low heat. Stir in sherry.
