Receta Creamed Grouse On Toast

- In a dutch oven, bring water, bay leaf and grouse to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer till meat is tender. Remove grouse; cold.
- Debone and cut into pcs. In a skillet over medium heat, saute/fry onions and musrooms in butter till tender. Add in flour. Stir in broth, lemon juice, salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 min. Add in grouse and heat through. Add in cream and parsley; mix well. Heat through. Serve over toast or possibly rice.
