Creamed Salmon In Rice Ring

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. Beer
  • 1/2 tsp Salt dash pepper
  • 1 lb Can salmon, flaked
  • 2 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, diced
  • 1 c. Rice
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 x Pimentos, cut in strips

Direcciones

  1. Cook onion in butter till lightly browned; add in flour and blend. Gradually add in mushroom soup and beer. Cook over low heat till thickened, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Add in flaked salmon and diced hard-cooked Large eggs.
  2. Cook rice. Add in 2 TBS butter and blend with fork; pack into buttered ring mold and turn out on warm serving plate. Fill rice ring with salmon mix.
  3. Garnish with pimento or possibly watercress.
