Ingredientes

1 can tuna fish, liquid removed & flaked
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour

1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

Heat butter in a saucepan. Add in flour and salt. Stir till mixed. Pour in lowfat milk, stir till smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cold for 1 minute. Stir in tuna fish; serve over toast. (A quick nutritious meal for a busy, working mom.)
