Receta Creamed Zucchini

Ingredientes

1 med. zucchini, cut up 2 tbsp. butter

Parsley 2 tbsp. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

1. Saute/fry zucchini in the butter till it is just tender. Sprinkle with parsley. Stir in lowfat sour cream just before serving. Add in salt to taste.
