Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt Cream cheese, softened (8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Orange extract
  • 2 dsh Yellow food color
  • 1 dsh Red food color One 9-inch graham cracker pie crust

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in the Large eggs; beat well. Add in the lowfat sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Place 1 c. of the mix in a small bowl and stir in the orange extract and the yellow and red food colors. Pour the remaining cream cheese mix into the pie crust.
  2. Drop the orange cream cheese mix into it by spoonfuls and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect. Bake for 30 to 35 min, or possibly till hard around the edges. (The center will be slightly loose.)
  3. Allow to cold for 1 hour then cover and refrigeratefor at least 8 hrs before serving.
  4. NOTE: For a nice finishing touch, top each slice of cheesecake with a dollop of whipped cream or possibly whipped topping and half an orange slice just before serving.
