- In a large bowl combine fruits and coconut. Sprinkle pudding mix into fruit mix stirring slowly. Let stand 5 min (mix will thicken). Mix in whipped topping, pour into serving bowl, cover and cold about 4 hour. (20-1/2 c. servings). 160 calories per 1/2 c. serving.
