- For the Dip:
- 8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup (227 grams) sour cream
- 6 cloves roasted garlic
- 4 ounces (113 grams) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, dark green parts reserved for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
