Creamy cauliflower

Ingredientes

  • A cauliflower.
  • An onion.
  • ½ bouillon cube.
  • ½ green bell pepper.
  • A touch of black pepper.
  • A touch of green ground oregano.
  • 2 sweet peppers. (It adds a bit of heat)
  • 1 can evaporated milk.
  • A leaf of fresh basil.
  • Salt to pleasure.

Direcciones

  1. Boil the cauliflower is with the onion, the bouillon, the pepper, the pepper, the oregano and the sweet peppers. Allow to boil until they are very soft. Once they are take to the blender and blend with the evaporated milk. Take back to the fire until they have the desired consistency.
  2. Turn off the fire, add the basil leave to your plate and move softly with your spoon to allow it to spread its scent around. This is a great recipe for a cold or rainy day!
