  • 1 env Lipton golden brown onion Soup mix
  • 3 c. Water
  • 3 c. Cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 stalk celery - -- coarsely Minced
  • 1/2 c. Light cream or possibly evaporated Skim lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

  1. In medium saucepan, thoroughly blend golden brown onion soup mix with water. Add in cauliflowerets and celery. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered, striing occasionally, 20 min or possibly till vegetables are tender. In food processor or possibly blender, puree warm soup mix, then return to saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
