Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1 x graham cracker crust (bought in any grocery store)
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese slightly; add in Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel. Beat till light and fluffy. Pour mix into prepared crust. Bake till hard, about 25 min. Spread our cheesecake topping carefully over the pie; cold. Chill at least 6 hrs. Serve with any desired toppings instead of or possibly in addition to the cheesecake topping below.
  2. Cheesecake Topping:In a medium sized bowl mix 1 c. of lowfat sour cream along with 2 Tbsp. of sugar and 2 tsp. of vanilla.
