Ingredientes

  • 2 c. minced cooked chicken or possibly turkey
  • 1 1/2 c. warm cooked Minute premium white rice
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 3/4 c. Kraft Mayo real mayonnaise
  • 3 x hard-cooked Large eggs minced
  • 1/4 c. finely-minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c. Post Toasties corn flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine melted

Direcciones

  1. Mix chicken, rice, soup, mayo, Large eggs, onion and salt in large bowl. Spoon into 1 1/2-qt casserole.
  2. Top with combined corn flakes and butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
