Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 x Chicken, cut up Water
  • 2 x Celery stalks, sliced
  • 1/2 x Onion, minced
  • 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Thin egg noodles
  • 1/2 c. Half and half

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan cover chicken with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 40 min or possibly till tender. Remove chicken from bone, set aside. Reserve broth. Saute/fry celery and onion in butter till soft. Add in flour. Cook, stirring till golden. Add in broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to boil. Add in noodles. Cook till noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in chicken and half and half.
